LIBSA and CIPRO SIGN AN MOU FOR THE BETTERMENT OF BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
‘Today marks a historic moment for LIBSA and CIPRO over the working relationship that the two institutions commit themselves to’, says LIBSA CEO Mr Reggie Mpe. ‘The vision of our Memorandum Of Understanding is to provide more holistic services and pursue other national competencies in order to have a more powerful presence in Limpopo Province - for the betterment of business development in general’.
Since its inception, LIBSA has regarded CIPRO products and services as an integral part of the development services that LIBSA provides to emerging and existing businesses in the Province. And, the negotiations that began two years ago have culminated in CIPRO being offered a working station at the LIBSA Head Office to ensure all have ease-of-access to its services.
In signing this key working co-operation, Mr Keith Sindwe, CIPRO’s CEO, acknowledged this gesture as an innovative advancement from LIBSA and it could not have come at a better time as CIPRO was in the process of decentralising its reach into other provinces. ‘Within eighteen months’, he said, ‘all services should be available to the people of Limpopo’.
Now, through CIPRO, the registration of a close corporation takes just four days - a process that would normally take four weeks -proof that the MOU partnership is up and running to swiftly accommodate entrepreneurs!
